Terms & Conditions

Payment Schedule: A 15% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your suite. A 5% non-refundable Service Fee is included in the booking price for the professional management and registration of this tour. The remaining 85% balance must be settled no later than 35 days prior to departure. Please allow up to 5 business days for payments to be fully credited due to banking and time zone processing.

Cancellation Fees:

  • More than 30 days before departure: 15% of the total tour cost.
  • 30–15 days before departure: 25% of the total tour cost.
  • 14–5 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • 4–1 day before departure: 80% of the total tour cost.
  • Less than 24 hours or No-Show: 100% of the total tour cost.

Operational Absolution: Palace Tours acts solely as a booking agent and is fully absolved of all liability for train operations conducted by RENFE.
